For students who wish to combine the convenience of a residence club with the independence of a studio apartment, the historic Gaylord is a very good choice. The better rooms are larger, with views. No meals are served, but rooms are equipped with kitchenettes (microwave ovens, pots, and utensils). Please note: no stove or burners. All rooms are studios with small kitchen areas, phones, and color TV's. Each room also has free DSL. There is a laundry room. Distance from the school: 15 minutes walking.

A 1929 architectural beauty located at 761 Post Street, San Francisco, the former boutique Cosmo Hotel is now formally part of the Vantaggio Suites Family. This residence has 144 luxurious rooms and suites and is conveniently situated just three blocks to Union Square and the Theater District, four blocks from Nob Hill and Chinatown, and only minutes to the San Francisco Convention Centers, Museums, Art Galleries, and the Financial District. It is only a 15 minute walk to the school.

- High Season Surcharge: Vantaggio will add a 5% surcharge for arrivals between June 12 and Sep. 18, 2010.
